According to the planets someone is playing on your fears and hoping you will make a mistake that works in their favor. Maybe you should turn the tables and point out that if they get it wrong the consequences could be disastrous too. Fight fire with fire.

 

My success is inevitable it is just a matter of time.  My concern is that I cannot simply focus on Janet’s tour (Micro) and world affairs (Marco), but have to deal with this damn pest, that you should have removed from the scene months ago.  Jermaine Dupri is like a little annoying child with this huge infatuation with my wife, but he is a grown man and that make it a concern. I do not want to hurt that dude, but I will kill him if necessary and that is not a threat it is a fact.

 

As for this bailout, I mean the bottom line is until they get it right with me nothing will fix the economy, they can bailout the Illuminati until doomsday hell 7×7 and it still will not fix a damn thing.  As many times as they hand it over to them I can take it back.  This country has to get right with the Lord or it will eventually fall out of grace that is not a threat but a promise.

 

My immediate concern now is Janet’s new contract for $150 million over 11 years, not that she needs it but it will make her happy, then I want to focus on the career of Alicia and draw a contract for $200 over a period of 15 years.  I have to work out some details.  I want her in movies and in Las Vegas with no gambling clause.

 

I assume Universal Studios got their settlement in the Fire Insurance Claim, because they let go of the collateral being Janet.  If you’ll rid me of Jermaine Dupri without hurting anything but his feelings I will be able to focus on some real issues.

 

Again I think the quick fix to the financial woes is to liquidate the financial institutions until a well thought out plan can be figured out.  It is not about adding anything to the bail but putting together the nation’s greatest minds to come up with real lasting solutions.  I think the congress should pass an interim bill to insure business as usual and than negotiate a long term bill with the new administration.  I heard this is a blank check because they do not even know who owes who, it is total madness and the American people are acting like defeated sacrificial lambs, I do not hear the voices from the leadership in this country asking any real questions in a discussion before the American people, this is conspiracy.

The laws in California and Georgia are clear and strict; the laws in New York are lenient. You be the judge on a case by case basis, it depends on where the recording is done from.

Is it legal to tape record telephone calls?

The state and federal laws mentioned above deal primarily with wiretapping and eavesdropping by law enforcement officials. In addition to these laws, both the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) have acknowledged the importance of privacy in telephone conversations by placing additional restrictions on tape recording such conversations.

California law does not allow tape recording of telephone calls unless all parties to the conversation consent (California Penal Code 632), or they are notified of the recording by a distinct “beep tone” warning (CPUC General Order 107-B(II)(A)(5)). However, tape recordings can legally be made if an individual or members of one’s family are threatened with kidnapping, extortion, bribery or another felony involving violence. The person receiving the threats can make a tape recording without informing the other party. (California Penal Code 633.5)

Federal law allows recording of phone calls and other electronic communications with the consent of at least one party to the call. A majority of the states and territories have adopted laws based on the federal standard. But 12 states, including California, require the consent of all parties to the call. These are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington. However, the law expressly provides that it does not prohibit a person who is a party to a conversation from recording and does not prohibit recording if one party to the conversation has given prior consent. Ga. Code Ann. § 16-11-66. Interception of a private cellular telephone conversation without the consent of at least one of the parties is a misdemeanor. Barlow v. Barlow, 526 S.E. 2d 857 (2000). A civil action for wiretapping offenses is authorized. Tapley v. Collins, 41 F. Supp.2d 1366 (S.D. Ga. 1999), rev’d on other grounds, 211 F.3d 1210 (11th Cir. 2000). Use of a hidden camera “without the consent of all persons observed, to observe, photograph, or record the activities of another which occur in any private place and out of public view” is illegal. Penal Law §§ 250.00, 250.05: It is a Class E felony to overhear or record a telephonic or telegraphic communication if one is not the sender or receiver, or does not have the consent of either the sender or receiver. It also is a crime for someone not present to overhear or record any conversation or discussion without the consent of at least one party to that conversation. Cordless telephone conversations that are partially broadcast over ordinary radio waves are protected by the wiretapping and eavesdropping laws and require the same consent for recording as any other communication. New York v. Fata, 559 N.Y.S.2d 348 (N.Y. App. Div. 1990). State courts have held that newspapers that published transcripts of an illegally recorded telephone conversation were subject to civil liability when “the newspapers knew they were dealing with recorded conversations between unconsenting parties.” Natoli v. I do not know what is going on over there in Afghanistan, I hear they are hiding in caves in mountains by day and are stone killers by night or something like that.  I hear we are spending billions of dollars per month on these wars.  And is destroying a lot of equipment in the process!

 

I am a warrior and understand the art of war and it just seems to me that we need to smoke them out of their rat holes, with gases heavier than air.  I am talking about something that can be dropped by aircrafts and continue to go downward.  I do not suggest poison that would be inhumane, but we need to send in something that will make it real uncomfortable to sit back in caves.  I mean let us be logical the one thing they have to have in those caves is air and we can use satellites to spot the circulation of air and target those entry points.  This may sound so simple but has it been tried at a large scale?

I think you and Michael would be the tour of the history of tours and then he could come back and finish his Nation Wide Leg.  I think you should do the rest of October with the USO cool out for two weeks in November and break overseas in the middle of November given Michael time to prepare.  Let him close in Europe and Russia and you close in Asia and Africa.  The opener does an hour and a half and the closer two hours.  So you would have to have two separate set lists.  The split would be 50% to 50% you’ll will burnout before you run out of engagement offers. Throw the rumor out there and poll the response.  I bet you this is what the people want!

So Mars has water and salt?  This is the first sign that it might be able to sustain life.  Personally I think the strategy is all wrong. We are trying to travel through space to find new worlds so to speak, but instead of trying to find a way to actually travel, we are looking for signs of life.  I think the approach is wrong.

 

I think we should be in search of energy.  In order to travel long distances we have to be able to setup stations for refueling.  I believe Mars as well as the Moon has energy that can be tapped and converted into a useful energy source for space travel.  If we find energy, we will be able to land and takeoff from remote places like the Moon and Mars and other planets as well! 

 

If it is not too late I think we should reset our priorities in space travel and try to find a way to go to distant places, because we are life.  We do not need to find life we need to find energy and with energy we can travel to distant places and be able to survive on places like Mars for long terms. 

 

The message of the day is find energy and not life.  Let us take care of the already living.  FIND ENERGY!

Someone in a position of authority seems to have it in for you, so be careful what you say and do over the next 24 hours. Whatever it is you are up to you must play it by the book. Don’t give them an excuse to come down on you hard.

To be honest I lost interest and that is the code, I have no more fight in me for a bunch of blind ungrateful people.  Why fight for people who are perfectly happy with the delusion of democracy.  One of my friends on myspcae.com told me just die.

I do not believe you love me because if you did you would have admitted it by now.  The only person who talks about my love is me.  Your fantasy is Jermaine Dupri in Fantasy Love Affair and Platonic Relations and your desire is for Jermaine Dupri, nowhere on your web page is one word from you about letting him go.  You even have him posted in a picture as saying you’ll want to have baby after the tour.  I tried to post a picture of me, you did not post it.  Why?  Is it because you love him?

 

I asked you to post my AIDS article on the front page, it gets no posting, but here is the secret either you’ll will sing my song or they will die, because the world will know the truth before I rescue them.  They are not going to get the cure to AIDS and have me wakeup on park bench as a delusional man with crazy ideas of curing AIDS.  It was not a request it was a demand to sing my song and post my article.
